Gaia Energy Secures Constructionline Gold and CHAS Certification

We’re thrilled to have secured Constructionline Gold status and CHAS certification as we continue to expand our work in large-scale retrofit programmes and commercial solar projects.

The accreditations provide independent verification in key areas including health and safety, quality, compliance, financial stability and environmental management. They also strengthen our position when bidding for social housing and public sector contracts and frameworks.

Demand for retrofit is growing as housing providers face increasing pressure to improve the energy performance of existing housing stock. The government’s Warm Homes Plan also includes significant investment in upgrading homes and improving energy efficiency.
